Great Salesman, Great Dealership We absolutely love Village Pointe Toyota. We recently experienced a house fire that resulted in the total loss of a Toyota purchased in 2016. The dealership called and offered to lets us drive a car to get through the hectic couple of weeks after the fire. I understand that they would have loved to sell us a replacement vehicle but at that time we just needed a second vehicle and they did that; no strings attached. Friendly and caring for customers Tony was courteous and friendly when working with us. He had the car ready for us on time, and when he didn’t know the answer to a question we asked, he found it out for us. He talked to us and the multiple days that we were at the dealership, he asked us how our day was going.

Great experience!!! This was my first experience with purchasing a car through this dealership and this will be the only one I come to from now on. Great service Our salesman Justin was great to work with. We’ve never leased before and it was a smooth process from start to finish. We would definitely make the trip back to Village Pointe and do business there again.
Buying my Leese Toyota I meet with Mr Justin the leese purchase manage on June 20 2018 and he was very helpful and explain to me my options to purchasing my leased Totota Camory. However when I got to meet the person who was explaining my extended warranty options I found that I was being very much pressured to purchase beyond my budget and felt very uncomfortable and was glad when that was over!
