Very easy car buying experience. I came in looking for a Camry, and received great, friendly service. I didn't feel pressured to buy at any point and Tony was very helpful and professional. My fiance and I ended up getting a very nice 2015 Camry and walked away very happy with our purchase. The car runs great and is very clean.

Responsive, No pressure sales Julia contacted me from an True Car search and connected us with Rusty. We were in the dealership with little time on a Saturday afternoon and Rusty made sure he got us with someone available, Chris. Chris took time to show us the vehicle and test drive. Then we walked in unplanned almost at closing time one evening to see how our kids fit in the Highlander. Chris had been off for HOURS but stayed to help us. Great Salesman, Great Dealership We absolutely love Village Pointe Toyota. We recently experienced a house fire that resulted in the total loss of a Toyota purchased in 2016. The dealership called and offered to lets us drive a car to get through the hectic couple of weeks after the fire. I understand that they would have loved to sell us a replacement vehicle but at that time we just needed a second vehicle and they did that; no strings attached. Friendly and caring for customers Tony was courteous and friendly when working with us. He had the car ready for us on time, and when he didn’t know the answer to a question we asked, he found it out for us. He talked to us and the multiple days that we were at the dealership, he asked us how our day was going.
