We have only... (Verified Renter) We have only lived here less than 6 months but have enjoyed every day. This is a quiet complex, your maintenance request are taken care of immediately, everyone in the office is professional and helpful and last but not least I feel completely safe here. I work in new home sales and will recommend the Villas at Stonebridge Ranch every change I get. Thank you.

I still the... (Verified Renter) I still the community - and I understand that maintenance can take a little time - I'm not concerned about the locks being done quickly. I am alone so handwashing dishes is not a big deal but the dishwasher issue could be big for some one who cooks frequently and standing water will smell after a while. It will be there a week on Saturday.
Everyone here has... (Verified Renter) Everyone here has been so friendly and helpful...the office/leasing staff and the residents I have met. So glad I'm here!
The only issue... (Verified Renter) The only issue I had was with the office staff, Aaron, he didn't seem like he wanted to assist and and pushed me off to Coserv at first, after telling him what they had said, he told me he would get someone out there "hopefully" within that day. He never submitted the request, I had to call back in after an hour of waiting. And good thing I did since it was a pretty big issue. Thank you to the girl that answered the 2nd time who actually text the maintenance personnel.
While I decided... (Verified Renter) While I decided to choose a location closer to my work, my Mother really loved the property and is very interested in renting here and I forwarded the property information to my sister who will be coming out to see the property as well.
The apartment is... (Verified Renter) The apartment is nice and cozy,;the community is very pretty, and the staff always extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Also it was one of the nicest apartments in McKinney and also one of the cheapest.
