Outstanding Customer Service This is a great place to live. Located in the "Best City to live in the United States", the complex offers close proximity to major expressways, plentiful shopping areas, restaurants, and parks. The staff is friendly, quick to respond to requests, and follows up on repair issues. Pool, work out room, and covered outdoor lounge area with gas grill are some of the amenities. Beautiful views of mature landscaping is one of the advantages of living in the Villas at Stonebridge Ranch.
Great place to live! I moved in here sight unseen and was pleasantly surprised. The grounds are very well kept and pretty. Pool is very peaceful. Never any bugs in apt. Quiet, gated community in a quiet part of town. Easy location for frisco and mckinney. Not 100% updated but nice. Quick maintanence. Office isn't always accessible during the day. Workout room is never busy. Love living here!
DO NOT LIVE HERE If I could give this 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting! DO NOT LIVE HERE! The staff was very very irresponsibility and unprofessional!!!!! And they have imparity clause for move out! Our new house is closing on the end of August and we planed move out on September but pay for October (cause our lease is ending on Oct) ,we noticed the staff and they told me we must tell them 60days before! And I must pay for one more month!Thats sucks! I couldn’t do that cause my baby due date is also on Oc... read more
Bad Customer Service The staff are not accomodating and understanding to the needs of the tenant. They are not attentive to customers/tenants.
Rent is too... (Verified Renter) Rent is too high for the age of the complex and you continue to have the ridiculous valet garbage service which is too expensive and with no choice of opting out. The lack of available parking is just awful.
