Safe, Clean, and Beautiful I have been living at Vinings Lofts and Apartments for about a year and a half now and it’s been a wonderful experience. The area itself is safe and clean. The school district is great which is a major concern for me as a parent. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance which is super convenient. The building is also very well maintained, safe and clean. The cleaners service the halls and common areas six days a week. The hallways are always clean. No issues with trash or dog waste. Great Place To Live I have lived in this complex for over a year and I really enjoy the location and the apartment set up. The apartment is full of updated appliances, good sized bed rooms and living room, with a modern look.

Just Renewed! My experience at The Lofts has been amazing. The community events are great and have allowed me to meet other residents. I live close to the pool and work from home so I was concerned about the noise, our Community Officers and staff don’t play at 10pm it’s QUIET TIME! My only complaint would be I want free guest parking. Even if they partnered with the parking garage on the corner.

3.5/5 Really satisfied of living here. I do not like not having free visitor parking, and elevators can be a bit slow but overall great apartments.

I AM IN LOVE I love this apartment complex it is phenomenal everything from the amazing staff, residents, events put on by staff. It truly is a community and you should definitely pull the trigger if you’re considering won’t regret!

A great place to live with friendly staff I have been living here for a little over 2 years and do not have many complaints. Maintenance and staff are incredible, specifically those who maintain the common areas for residents.

Great property, location and staff! I’ve been living here for about 3.5 months now and it’s been a great experience thus far. I love how friendly the leasing office and diligent they are with answering questions/any issues. The building is kept clean and my neighbors are friendly and care for the property.

Amazing apartment! I saw a two bedroom two bath and it was breathtaking! I love the floorplan and the spacious of the apartment. It comes with an island that’s amazing for the kitchen. The amenities are the best! 24 hour gym, nice lake view and relaxing pool area!

Great Location .. Quiet and Cozy.. I've had a great experience so far.. I have lived here a year and re signed my lease for another year.. Grounds are landscaped. 2 restaurants down stairs.. plus a hair salon . Great pool.. Office and maintenance staff are AMAZING. They also host a themed party a month wth the residents.. gym is nice. Safe mailroom . Secure building and clean common areas.. ALL of neighbors are awesome as well.. Maybe I've just been lucky but I would recommend this community to anyone.
