Residents Run Amok with No Security The pros: the staff are incredible and there are a lot of mixers The cons: there is no security or accountability for residents, pets pee and poop everywhere inside, so the poor cleaning ladies work overtime. The parking deck gate is always broken and wide open. There are limited cameras, so people throw trash and food on random cars.

the fire alarms... (Verified Renter) the fire alarms have been the biggest problem since I have lived here. I also had noise offenders who lived above me - day in and out all times of day and night - NOISE
Horrible Office staff does not respond to emails, there’s a new restaurant downstairs that gets priority parking everyday so the visitors of residents have barely any parking, we were without gas once for weeks with no compensation from management, the gate is always broken, if your apartment faces the service entrance be prepared for things to always be noisy, elevators work sometimes, when the wind blows you can hear pipes rattling in certain apartments, walls are paper thin, management does not care about complaints, the ... read more

Do You Enjoy Peace and Quiet? ...then for the love of God don’t move here!!! Fire alarm goes off at least once a day, usually in the middle of the night or early in the morning. You can hear everything your neighbor thinks. There is endless construction, yet everything in the apartment is super cheap and hastily finished. Just don’t do it. There are so many other options.
