Drew Dodds and his team with VIP Mortgage were great. Drew was in constant contact with me with all information updates. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. There was a discrepancy on the day of closing, which Drew took mostly from his commission. I would work with Drew and VIP mortgage again.

We have been working with Resa Kaiser at VIP mortgage since we purchased our first home together 15 years ago and when we bought a second home 11 years ago. She has also helped us with refinancing and she just worked with us on the purchase of our new home. She kept us updated on the whole process, answered all of our questions, and guided us through all the requirements for the loan. We can't praise her enough and would 100% recommend her to anyone else who is purchasing a home.

Working with Allen, Kristin and the rest of the team was a wonderful experience. They are so helpful, easy to work with and knowledgeable. We had a bad experience with a previous lending company around two years ago and backed out of the deal because we were so annoyed with them. Your team is awesome!!! Austin Bates was so wonderful to work with! I was doubting whether or not I would be approved since my hours are variable as a registered nurse. Somehow he got me approved, I'm very grateful. I was working with a previous lender and Austin was able to obtain the information I had already submitted. I would recommend him to anyone!
