Rob is an amazing loan officer. I have done several deals with Rob personally and as a real estate broker. I have sent him several clients and he always gets it done. And he gets it done fast. Rob stays on top of all of the new programs and can get a loan done even in a sticky situation. on every deal, I’ve sent him he has gotten docs to Title early, he communicates well with the client, and with the agent. He is the first person I turned to with questions about the loan process. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
