The neck and lower facelift went very well. There was pain behind my ears which improved over time. The nonremovable sutures took quite a while to dissolve and occasionally caused discomfort. The free Botox between my eyes did nothing.
Not pushy, listened to what I was looking for.
The results are even better than I expected. [Single best thing is...] Despite the amount of change achieved, I had virtually no pain.
Everything was very professional. The thing that could be improved is the billing process. There was a $1,000 down payment required in order to schedule the procedure. Then, as the procedure date approached, I received all the paperwork, including the possible risks/bad outcomes that could occur. The down payment, along with a $500 cancellation fee would have been lost if I had decided at that point to cancel. It would have been beneficial to have had all of that information prior to giving the down payment.
Dr. Patel is very down to earth and has a good demeanor to him. Very patient and understanding, also does amazing work. Very satisfied with the end result.
Dr Patel is a very talented surgeon. Very professional and personable. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.
Like the bedside manor of Dr. Patel and the office staff is amazing.
