First, Dr. Patel treated me with respect and was thorough and caring during the assessment and the surgery, also at the follow up appointment. Very aware of my being comfortable during the procedure and took care of any pain immediately. He was clear in pre-op to know exactly what my expectations were and very clear about the process.
