Updating rooms and not charging for lockout week 1.
Management is entirely unresponsive. Air conditioning has broken 3 times for a total of nearly a month and I have only been living here for under 2 months. Notify management and am told they thought it was fixed despite in person visits to the front desk, calls, and maintenance requests filed. Guaranteed a call back on numerous occasions and have yet to receive one.
