Updating rooms and not charging for lockout week 1.

The after-hours lockout charge is enforced from day one because residents have complete control over the locks on their doors. Management is entirely unresponsive. Air conditioning has broken 3 times for a total of nearly a month and I have only been living here for under 2 months. Notify management and am told they thought it was fixed despite in person visits to the front desk, calls, and maintenance requests filed. Guaranteed a call back on numerous occasions and have yet to receive one.

Our maintenance team has worked alongside an outside vendor to fix the HVAC unit in the apartment. While we do regret when appliances break, we do everything we can to fix them as soon as possible and will hire additional help when necessary.
