We had a horrible situation with a roommate acting irrational and threatening several people living in the apartment. Management did nothing to help with the situation. We were forced to move out.

Your daughter sublet from an active lease, meaning we were unable to roommate match and that was communicated with her prior to signing the lease. The management is horrible. We haven't had reliable internet in over a month, and there are no plans to fix this issue until June 1st. Better yet, management is unwilling to cooperate or work with the residents on this issue. I, along with my roommates, are very displeased with how this company is managed.
