Enfin ! On a pris le temps d’écouter mes symptômes et faire les tests nécessaires. Dr Dontigny a été gentille , douce et à l’écoute. Je suis partie avec un diagnostique , des conseils et des solutions pour enfin comprendre ce que j’ai. J’aurais dont dû la consulter avant. Merci encore

On my first visit to VM-Med, the receptionists in the waiting room were very courteous and efficient in processing the paper work involved in my consultation. I was then greeted by the doctor’s nurse (medical coordinator) who was very helpful in directing my next step before seeing the surgeon. Dr. Gerry P. met me in his waiting room and proceeded to deal with my medical issues in a clear, concise, and sensitive manner…a true gentleman. We found everything very efficient except for the reception services where they could use a second receptionist during the busy morning hours. We found the medical staff very professional and helpful
