On my first visit to VM-Med, the receptionists in the waiting room were very courteous and efficient in processing the paper work involved in my consultation. I was then greeted by the doctor’s nurse (medical coordinator) who was very helpful in directing my next step before seeing the surgeon. Dr. Gerry P. met me in his waiting room and proceeded to deal with my medical issues in a clear, concise, and sensitive manner…a true gentleman. We found everything very efficient except for the reception services where they could use a second receptionist during the busy morning hours. We found the medical staff very professional and helpful
