It really disappoints me to write this review. My daughter needed an appointment asap. Therefore we scheduled at an office 30 minutes away that we have never visited. We ended up sitting at a dead stop due to construction along the way. This then made us 7 minutes late to her appointment. When we arrived, we then waited an additional 5 minutes to check in. That's when the front desk informed us that the provider would not see us. Our choices were to wait an hour half to be seen or reschedule. Unfortunately we will not return... read more

I made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. I waited an hour and twenty minutes before being called back to see the doctor. Then, twenty minutes later, the doctor finally arrives. Bad planning. Overbooking. Parking lot full. Waiting room full. Bad experience..
