Dr. Katzenmeyer was an outstanding listener. I never felt rushed, even though I had 2 conditions to discuss. Lately, may be due to changes in billing, I see several doctors not wanting to address more than one problem. It feels like they want you to come again a few months later. He’s my new go-to ENT. Felt comfortable with the staff. When I mentioned concern about my symptoms he made sure I was seen at imaging right away. They were great too.
