Found the cause of my ear pain to be severe wax buildup. He removed it by flushing and using a curet. Pain was alleviated and my hearing improved. Made recommendations to avoid buildup in the future.

I just love Dr Katzenmeyer. He has an awesome bedside manner and looks you in the eyes while you are talking to him. He takes the time to listen to your problem before his exam then he discusses the issue and explains what is going on and how to treat it. He does not rush in and rush out and he does not sit there typing on the computer while you are talking, like most doctors do. I feel he really cares about his patients and he gives me his full attention when I am explaining my symptoms. He is the best!!!
