The facility and care given to my fur baby was amazing! Only suggestion would be to improve quality of webcams, other than that, it was perfect!

I have been using Paradise 4Paws at DIA for over a year. They always great us (my dog & myself) warmly. My dog always seems to be happy when i drop him off and seems equally as happy when i pick him up. Early in our relationship with them, my dog had some minor issues and they were very quick to contact me with a simple update and resolution... hence they are very reactive and helpful!!!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It took a while to bring Jack out when I arrived to pick him up because he was having so much fun in his play group. That is a very good sign!

I was very impressed when I picked Katie up. She smelled really good, so I know they kept her kennel very clean. She looked happy and healthy and very relaxed with the employees. I made a Reservation for another trip I am planning in May. Highly recommend this facility.

Our puppy seemed to really enjoy his stay at your place. The staff was super friendly, warm and inviting when we arrived. We were also able to login easily to see our puppy on the web cams. Highly recommend this place.
