Lucy, my beloved dog was treated well and returned unharmed. I appreciate that she is not housed with chain link walls or doors and that she receives play time with other dogs. The staff are friendly and efficient and I appreciate the ability to leave my car and receive a ride to and from the airport.

Everything was great, but I really would like the cat area to be less echo-y. Maybe linoleum flooring, or sound panels on the walls and ceiling, or both?

This is the 2nd time we have taken our rescue, Doug, to Paradise 4 Paws. Both times we have come to pick him up he has been tired out and happy. The staff are great and I would recommend Paradise 4 Paws to anyone looking for a safe, clean, caring place for your dog to stay while you're out of town.

Attention to Detail on all of my three small dogs. Re: medications, feeding instructions, and play time instructions. I feel my dogs were very well taken care of. I forgot to add on baths for all my dogs the last day they were there so I called paradise for paws on a whim to see if they could bathe them before we came to get them later that day and they said yes and made it work. I will definitely be using them again in the near future. They had amazing customer service and the people that work there I felt truly love pets. ... read more

Reggie came home without a scratch and got a good report card! I was disappointed with the web cam, but that did not impact Reggie's stay!! Will use P4P again!
