We enjoy the convenience of having Paradise 4 Paws near the airport and the anytime drop off / pick up. The staff is good with our dog, who is very people shy. The couple things I think that could be improved upon: 1) We'd love to get more feedback on how our dog is doing while he's there. The very first time he stayed there we got an email from him :-) and that was fun. We'd like to know if he seemed to be having fun, if he was anxious, if he was good with the staff, etc. 2) The webcams ... love them but we get super an... read more

I was very fortunate to leave my sweet little pup here while I went to new york for the holiday. I was thankful that the employees genuinely cared and answered my phone calls and questions with consideration and that they gave me updates on my little guy. It was wonderful to be able to view the webcam on the playrooms to see what Gizmo was up too! Everything was incredibly easy going with Paradise 4 Paws and I would be sure to recommend them to anyone who needed to leave their furry loved one with someone. We look forward... read more

Wonderful and responsive staff. You can tell they all Love animals and love their jobs. Our dog is definitely pampered and spoiled even kore when he comes home
