Great service. Made our pets feel welcomed.
Our dog Leo is always excited when we pull up to the building and I love seeing him play on camera. The staff is always quick to give an update on how he is doing.
This is our go to place for our pet when we travel out of DIA. Appreciate the 24 hr service. Has the web cam available to view our pet. Thank you!
Check in is quick and easy. The staff seem to really enjoy being around the dogs and cats.
Our sweet kitty went on a hunger strike while I was away. Gina, the manager, was in touch daily, keeping me up to date on our cat’s health and behavior. And she spent lots of time playing with and consoling her. It was hard being so far away but I felt better knowing she was in good and caring hands (yes, they fed her via syringe to ensure she had proper nutrients). So appreciate the extra time and attention you all show our high maintenance little girl!
We are looking forward to boarding our boy after he spent time in day care. Wonderful dog-loving staff.
Overall, I was happy with our experience at P4P. I don’t usually board my dogs but I chose to this time based on reviews from previous clients. Of course I worried about how they would handle it. They were in an Oasis suite for the first night because they needed a fecal test done. The convenience of having it done there was great! Then they were placed in an Executive suite. Our 4 month old yellow lab Teddy was well taken care of and we appreciated the ability to watch him on the webcam. All of the employees we interacted with were super professional and helpful. Teddy clearly enjoyed his time there. One opportunity is the bedding we provided. Teddy’s bed and lining were stained with urine so we were concerned he was not let out frequently enough as he would never soil his bedding normally. Also, Teddy desperately needed a bath.
