We loved the convenience to drop off and pickup at the airport. The dogs were happy and received great care. The pictures they send were wonderful while we were on our vacation.

Overall my experience was good! Since my dogs were not allowed in play group with other dogs due to an unforeseen positve tapeworm test result on 1 of my 2 dogs, I can not really evaluate play group activities, etc. However, my dogs were given adequate 1 on 1 time with staff and individual 15-20 minute walks outdoors. The staff also worked with me to accommodate my changing schedule each day and to minimize my cost by combining the cost of walking 2 dogs so that I was only charged for 1 walk (for both dogs) instead of 2... read more
Paradise takes such good care of our pooches! They have always accommodated any request we have made. They give so much attention and affection. Our dogs are both rescues, and have always had challenges in group play settings. The staff has given them a chance each stay, and Lily finally made the break through! Good place. Very communicative about what is going on with our dogs. Love getting picture. Only issue would be that they are sometimes understaffed.

We took our dog in for a trial daycare. The staff was very helpful and took us on a tour of the pet hotel too. I was impressed by all of the amenities and the attention to detail. We were pleased with our experience there and booked an upcoming overnight stay for our dog.
