Everyone is very friendly and I felt my dog was very well cared for. We've stayed 3 times now and have never gotten the video feed to work on mobile devices (Android) - that is very disappointing.

The staff was very nice, responsive and accommodating to my dog. I got daily updates and they were quick to respond when I noticed that my dog had soiled his room. One of the gentlemen working there also took some time out of his morning to go in and pet my dog a bit to calm him down which was very kind. It would be nice if we could purchase some extended cuddle time for the pets since they are not really pet or played with directly in the playrooms.
