It is always hard to leave your best fur baby for a few days but I can honestly say I never worry. We were gone 4 days this last visit and I received 2 emails with a picture of my pup. It made me so happy. I love that he has his own room and has time away from the other dogs. I think all day together can be a bit much for some animals. We will definitely be back!

Everyone is very friendly and I felt my dog was very well cared for. We've stayed 3 times now and have never gotten the video feed to work on mobile devices (Android) - that is very disappointing.
