Great service! One suggestion: I wish the staff would provide a little more feedback regarding my pups stay. Most of the time the staff never provides insight to his stay. He is not the best social dog and would like suggestions/feedback how to make his stay better for you and for him.

Did a great job Kita our dog seemed to be very happy when we picked her up . pick up and drop off was easy . The only issue I had was their website I was unable to get their webcam to watch the dog while I was away

It's hard to tell when you leave your dog if they are getting the attention they need. One of the only ways is their reaction the next time you come, Finleigh is excited to see everyone. So I have to believe she is in good hands.

Overall, very convenient and straightforward. They’re 24/7, so I was able to drop my puppy off in the wee hours of the morning, and pick her up in the middle of the night. Pricing is fair and competitive, made even better with the first visit discount! I loved the “pupdate” email, complete with a little progress report and photo. Made my week away much better. The only reason for the four stars, instead of five, was the webcam situation. The cameras for the play area weren’t working on any PC I tried, even with the password ... read more

Excellent, professional staff that treat your pets as if they were their own. I had a difficult situation and they were thoughtful, understanding and highly respectful. I have recommended them to everyone since taking my pets to P4P. Totally awesome people.

Great location near the airport really helped me out. I live in Brighton and your airport location is very convenient. Also, the facility is very clean and the staff very friendly and attentive, letting me know right away how my puppies were doing while I was on my trip. Thanks for a great experience!
