Loved the look and comfort a human would get in an actual hotel. I also loved that there was a camera in the room to monitor my dog.
Friendly staff
My dog is high energy and very anxious around strangers but he always adapts so well at Paradise - it’s the only place I feel comfortable leaving him.
We board our 2 cats at Paradise 4 Paws at least three times a year. Their facility is great and we know that our pets are well looked after and are safe.
My 12 year old indoor kitty has never been away from home before since we rescued him as a kitten from a shelter- only to vet and home. He stayed here for 4 nights and I think after the first day of adjustment , window view room we purchased and being able to roam by himself in the kitty “play” room- he would be happy going back to visit. Most other places do not have such a large room for kitties when being boarded, they’re confined to a cage, not here. The staff and facilities are top notch. They sent me a picture of fur baby and it made my day. Loki loves the cat condo.
I appreciated hearing from you regularly, keeping me updated on how the cats were doing. The area where they stayed was clean and a good size. I will use your facility again.
Felt like you guys really cared for my cat on a personal and professional level. I wasnt worrying about him at all while i was gone, which was a first in my book. Loved the emails from the pawcierge. Keep doing what you are doing.
Our dog had a great time with additional play time and she really liked to use the pool. That was a surprise for me! To see our dog so happy means a lot to me. Thank you, good job.
