Had my consultation appointment today! I was super scared and nervous as I do NOT have good experiences with dentists/dental work. As soon as I walked in, the front desk lady was super nice and welcoming! The decor was fabulous and made me feel like I was home. I was very impressed with this dentist office. I get anxious going to the dentist. The atmosphere at Wainright & Wassel was very welcoming and relaxed. Every staff member was friendly and the whole process of checking in and checking out was smooth. It was so organized, so I knew I was in good hands. Alyssa was my hygienist, she made me feel super comfortable and explained everything that she was doing while she was doing it. This was my first time coming to this practice and I am very pleased! The front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I was offered water upon arrival and they have a nice waiting area. My hygienist was Beth Ann and I enjoyed her so much I requested to have her as my hygienist each time. She herself was able to book my 6 month follow up appointments and ensure I would be assigned to her. They don't really have a discount program, just a membership program.
I am ecstatically pleased with the care I received from the staff at Wainwright who treated me. The administrative staff is very helpful and professional as well. I most definitely would recommend this venue to family and friends. My hygienist Alyssa is very knowledgeable and caring when performing her task. Theresa
