Check in was friendly and explained everything. My hygienist Beth Ann was exceptional. She detailed out what was going to be done and was very thorough. Always checking that I was good throughout. Dr Wassel was very nice and answered all my questions and offered detailed explanation for what needed to be done. Check was easy and Jessie explained everything as it pertained to my insurance. You can tell everyone is dedicated to helping you and giving you the best care.

All info I submitted online prior to appointment was available when I arrived. No need to repeat any form filling. Zero wait time. Christy was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She had a gentle hand, but cleaned my teeth thoroughly. Dr. Wainwright also pleasant, courteous and professional. Clearly knows his stuff. No surprise that his background is in organic chemistry.
