Friendly and professional My family has used Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry for years. They are always professional and very kid-friendly. I would never take my children or grandchild anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Mixed Experience Overall, we had a good visit, however we were waiting in the waiting room for over 40 minutes. Once my children were in the back room the cleaning and check up went quick and everyone was professional and friendly.There was some miscommunication from the office staff about what forms needed to be filled out and how to get in contact with our old provider, which led to delays.Hopefully, our next visits will be smoother now that this initial visit has been completed.

Love this practice!!! Staff is always considerate, professional, and kind to the kids. My daughter loves Dr. Pretzer and he makes the children feel comfortable andsafe. Very great dental work!

my grandaughtet's and grandson's have been coming to Wake dentists since they were about 2 years old. They are 13, 12, 10 and 8. They have had superior dental whether they were having cleanings, teeth pulled or fillings. I recommend this group of dentist to all my friends who have children.

GREAT WITH SCARED KIDS My twin boys were SOOOO scared and cried for about an hour. They would not sit in the chair or do anything. That is not stop them, they tried EVERYTHING to make them happy. Finally they found a way... NO CLUE HOW to let them look in their mouth and brush their teeth. AMAZING PLACE!!!!

Friendly and Professional This was our first visit with our little 3 year-old so we were very anxious! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and did a fantastic job explaining to our daughter exactly what they were going to do, etc. They made it fun!

Great experience! My 9 year old son absolutely loves this place! He came to Wake Orthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry after we had a bad experience at another dentist and was very fearful. I can assure you, he is not longer fearful and actually looks forward to his visits. He had 4 baby teeth extracted today, and his response afterward was, "Mom, they are so awesome." Awesome service & great communication by dentist!! My son had to have (2) adult teeth pulled and was having laughing gas. He was still quite anxious, so the dentist came out and talked to me and explained what was going on and that he wasn't in "pain", he was simply overreacting to what he SAW going on around him. He eventually calmed down and they were able to complete the procedure. The dentist and his assistant were very patient with my son and made sure I knew all was OK throughout the visit.
