Great Dentistry This Dentist office does a great job
Professional My kids love this dentist office. I drive 30 mins one way just because their customer service isgreat. Out of 10 years attending i have never had a bad experience. This week I was sick and really forgot about the appointment until i recieved a text on my phone. All the nurses played with my baby and treated her brothers like royalty. Exceptional service and dental care My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Moran's for 10 years. Dr. Moran and the entire staff always makes her feel comfortable by explaining everything they are doing during the visit. Dr. Moran ALWAYS speaks with me after the appointment and lets me know what his findings are. The staff from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist are friendly, warm and are excellent with children. They love what they do and it shows!
Professional and made my kids at ease We love the staff and dentists at Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. My children (3 and 4) were put at ease by the dental hygienists and Dr. Pretzer and had a great experience there!
LOVE DR. DAVE!! We love Dr. Dave, he has been through some hard times with my daughter and an injury she suffered several years ago. He was there non stop during her recovery and is continuing to take great care of my daughter! He is an amazing dentist!
First Dental Visit with 2 Year Old Everyone was friendly.. Explanations were clear and easy to understand. Great first visit and experience for our 2 year old!
Terrific staff, excellent care, and great doctors! I take all 3 of my children to this practice and have always been impressed with how professional the staff has been and the care they provide! The facility itself is very nice, clean, and child-friendly! My children actually look forward to going to their teeth cleanings!
It was great We like Wake Pediatric Dentistry for a lot of reasons. First, they welcome parents to accompany their children. We actually switched from another practice when my son turned 3 (he's 5 now) because the other practice had a policy that required parents of kids 3 & up to remain in the waiting room. Second, this office sends several appointment reminders. When you make appointments 6 months out these texts/emails are really helpful. 10 years with Dr.Rob - need we say more? We followed Dr.Rob Moran from his previous office and the excellent service provided by Dr.Rob and Wake Pediatric and Orthopedic Dentistry has helped my son to keep up with his oral health. Kudos to the team of WPOD for everything they do to keep serving the community.
