As Raleigh’s first group orthodontic-pediatric dental office, we offer a rare opportunity to take care of the orthodontic and pediatric dentistry needs of your child in a cohesive team-oriented environment. We are comprised of four pediatric dentists and three orthodontists who are in an exceptional position to communicate and provide a comprehensive and caring approach to your child’s dental health.

Excellent and Friendly, but expect to wait We LOVE Wake Pediatric Dentistry. They are knowledgeable, friendly and great with kids. I'm pretty sure my 6 year old has a crush on Dr. Pretzer. The only negative is that a regular cleaning and exam takes over an hour. Be prepared to wait a good 30 minutes or more between the cleaning and seeing the dentist.
Very professional staff The staff are always courteuos and patient expplain to the children everything that is happening in terms that they understand.Always kind and greeting in the office
Great with the kids It's not to go to a place that not only will the patient be well taken care of but there is also something to do for the other kids that might have to wait. The hygienists are wonderful in explain what will be going on and helping my child enjoy the experience. Thank you for making first experiences with the dentist fun
Wonderful Atmosphere & People!! My daughter has always hated going to the dentist. This is our second visit to your facility and she made it through with flying colors!! Her fear is gradually going away!!
Great staff! Dr. Pretzel is wonderful! My kids never had a bad experience in the past 6 years. My son went to the ER 12:30 a.m due to pain in his jaw and mouth hurting. His appointment was schedule for Wake Pediatric dentistry on that Wednesday for regular routine. Tuesday morning around 9:45, I called Wake dentistry to see if my son could be seen that day. Friendly and professional My daughter is 11 and has been coming here since she was 2. We love the staff and the fun atmosphere. You are always quick to calm her nerves and you do everything with a smile. I wish my dentist was as great as you guys

Awesome... that is all I can say about Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry!!!!!!!!!! Well like I said.... this place is awesome! I take my 16 year old son and my 6 year old daughter here and we have had nothing but good experiences with everyone in this office! My daughter needed fillings and had to get laughing gas so I was super nervous but they made me feel so much better, they were so sweet to her, and she did so good and I think it has a lot to do with how awesome everyone is! Great patient care as well as parent care I always have a great experience as a parent of a patient here at the Garner location. They were wonderful with my daughter but they were also spectacular with reassuring me as I was anxious about my daughter's procedure today.
