High Quality Service! Dr. Pretzer and the whole practice makes it so easy to bring a child to the dentist. Great service. Only negative is that my child enjoys it so much that she does not mind having cavities, because she can watch a movie while being pain-free.

Wonderful staff, excellent service My 5yr old daughter has an appointment to get a filling. We were only waiting a few minutes before they called her back. They didn't take long at all to complete her filling. They allowed the option of nitrous gas to ease her anxiety and she was able to watch a movie during the procedure. The dentist took the time after to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. The hygienist provided me with information for post-care as well. Professional and friendly I have 7 year old twin granddaughters. They have been patients for the past three years. The welcoming staff at the front desk have always been helpful in getting us signed in and insurance validated. The girls are called into the patient areas promptly. When done, I am called 'into the back' to speak to the orthodontist who patiently explains what procedures were completed and what our next appointment will include. Check out is a breeze.
