Patient and kind with special needs kids! Today was our first visit. My son has autism and terrible oral aversions (vomits and gags). The staff was amazing! They took their time, explained, demonstrated, and were so kind! The hygienist and Dr. Dave made us feel comfortable and taken care of. I wish they treated adults too!
We have an awesome experience every time we are there. The dentist and their assistants are great and courteous. Best place to take your kids. My son is very active and it doesn't bother them a bit.
Seemed very fast and rushed Always have very friendly staff, however my daughter was in the chair getting her teeth "cleaned" for less than 5 min, and my son less than 10. I was shocked. We seemed to be the first appointment of the day and although I appreciate the efficiency, I also want to feel the hygentists and doctors give adequate time to the patients. Always pleasant and my daughters receive great care whenever there! Dr. Travis is really nice as well as his staff : )
Friendly and Informative Dr. Pretzer is always friendly and warm with both the children and parents. He provided great feedback and information on how to move forward with treatment for my daughters' teeth. We had to have some teeth removed and the x-rays showed today that the new teeth are coming in better. The comprehensive care between both the dentist and orthodontist offices and their communication makes it easy to understand and follow through. It was a great experience.
