Confusing Email Confirmation As a customer of both the dental and orthodontic sides of the business, would like to see a little more description on the confirmation that they are sending out.. Wasnt sure if this was supposed to be an orthodontic or dental appointment. Confusing. It was for a dental appointment and the Service was great as usual!

Awesome Dr Pretzer is the best! Very patient and you can tell he genuinely enjoys children. I have boys and he really gets them, even though they are complete opposites. My older son gave him a very hard time, but he continued to work with us and over time things have gotten so much easier for my son that now he wants to be a dentist one day.
Great Visit We recently took our 3 year old. This was her first full cleaning and she had a great checkup and experience. The hygienist was great with our daughter and took the time to explain everything that she was doing to her first. She shower her on her hand what she was going to do in her mouth which I think put her at ease. The Dentist took plenty of time with us and didn't make us feel rushed with our appointment. They were also very prompt with our appointment time.
First visit Today was our first visit to the pediatric dentist here. The front office staff was very friendly, the waiting room had lots of toys and activities, the dental hygenists were super nice and encouraging to my nervous kids and then the dentist was fantastic too. Overall experience was great. I'm happy we found such a great place for my kids to go to.
Excellent service They are the best
Professional and helpful with an emergency appt. They were very helpful in working my son in with a toothache and the appointment went a little over when a cavity was found to be the problem. They kept me informed throughout the procedure.
high quality service, amazing with kids!! We love this team, they are so good at connecting and explaining each step of the way. For little ones this is what can make or break a trip to the dentist. Our lil guy was extremely fearful prior to his appts here and now says he loves the dentist! !
