Absolutely wonderful. We have been visiting this dental facility since the kids were 2. All of the staff are a pleasure to work with and really enjoy their jobs.
Knowledgable and Caring The staff is always courteous and professional. We are greeted in a friendly manner by the office staff and dental hygienists. The dentists take time to explain the visit and offer advice and suggestions. Thank you!
Love the Garner office My son has gone from a,kid we had to drag to the dentist to a kid who actually looks forward to going! We love Dr. Pretzer and staff!!

Friendly and professional The staff and dentists at Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric dentistry are the best! Everyone is so friendly and upbeat. My son who has autism goes there and they make every accommodation for him so he feels comfortable. My three year old had her first visit today and the staff helped her begin to become familiar with the environment at the dentist. Love this place!
Professional & Friendly!!! My daughter is very shy and afraid of just about everything...the staff made her feel very comfortable and everything went smoothly as possible.
