Awesome experience!! Everyone was so friendly and professional! We had had a bad experience prior to coming to this practice and today was easy breezy and we are so grateful!!

Top notch service for getting our preschoolers started off right! Our kids are 4 years old and 2 years old and we LOVE Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry! Our 4 year old has been twice now and had his first full cleaning and xrays today. Our 2 year old had his first ever appointment today. Both kids did great because the staff did great! Went above and beyond to help Dr. Pretzer and his staff made time to see us though there were no open appointments because my son needed to have a tooth pulled quickly. We are not even regular patients but were referred to Dr. Pretzer as our dentist was out of town. Dr. Pretzer explained everything in detail to me and my son before he did anything. Although my son was initially quite afraid, he and his staff (with the help of nitrous oxide) were able to put him at ease. Everyone was kind, personable and professional.

The office staff and dentists are very friendly, and we always get right in for our appointments. The dentists take time to explain what they are doing and why.
