Excellent experience. Having a child with autism makes every aspect of life complicated. It is so nice to walk in and be immediately greeted and comforted. When I mentioned that my child has autism, the technician just smiled and said "I know....it's okay." Wow! That makes all the difference in the world. I only have one recommendation, it would be helpful if the staff wore name badges (first name only) to make introductions easier. great practice This is a great place for kids-all the kids go in together, they learn not to rely on the parents to get their teeth cleaned. The staff is fun and helpful and the dentists are great! The atmosphere is bright and fun and caring.
Excellent care! Everyone, from the front staff to Dr. Rob, was wonderful. They understood our special circumstances and were kind, respectful, encouraging, patient and friendly. As we walked out, my child leaned in and told me that he liked everyone there and was glad we found this office. A gem of a practice and dentist!
I absolutely love the staff at Wake Pediatric Dentistry, they always take very good care of my children. All the staff has been very polite even when we had a situation with my daughter being very nervous and scared of a procedure Dr. Pretzer, talked her through and the others ladies that were in the room were very helpful and patient with her as well. I will always bring my kids here as long as I can.
Great experience! Finding a great dentist with an awesome staff is hard. Our daughter is 5, and we've been visiting Wake Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry since she was almost 2. She enjoys her trip to the dentist (and the great reward after). The dentists and staff are always very patient, they take their time, and truly want it to be a great experience for her.

wonderful dental practice Always wonderful. My daughter was called in right after we arrived. No waiting! Reception is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Pretzer and staff are always with my children and great about providing me with information.
so easy My five year old had a great experience having her cavity filled - various things put her at ease, from the friendly hygienist to being able to watch "Frozen" on the ceiling. And the procedure was much quicker than I was expecting. Thank you!
