Regular dentist closed..referred to Wake Ortho Ped Dentistry My 7yo chipped his front tooth. Our regular dentist was closed for a long weekend and referred us to Wake Ortho Ped Dentistry on their answering machine. I was nervous because our dentist is stellar and was wanting to take him somewhere familiar in an emergency. We called Wake Ortho Ped Dentistry and they told us to come right in. The staff is friendly and I really like how the denist give you feedback on your child.
Overall a good visit The dentist we saw was great! He was very thorough and did not rush us, and he interacted very well with my child. However, the hygienist was a bit disappointing - this was only my very young child's second visit, and she didn't try to build rapport or explain what she was going to do to my nervous child before she started. It seemed like she had been trained to work with adults, not kids. But the dentist made up for it. Next time I will request another hygienist.
Dr. Kornstein has provided great care for all 3 of my children. I like the fact that he is honest and doesn't rush to provide services that aren't needed yet. I would highly recommend him…he's a great dentist and is such a nice person:)
Dr. Dave is great! We couldn't have found a better pediatric practice. The staff is welcoming and so knowledgeable. We have been taking our daughter here for almost 6 years now to see Dr. Dave and have had nothing but great experiences. They are extremely thorough, and work with the kids and their parents to exhaust all options if any sort of treatment is needed.
Very caring staff and dentist--especially since our child has Autism From the time you walk through the door you feel that you and your child are important to this practice. The front office staff will greet you and assist you with check in. Waiting area is child friendly including a large fish tank which is a calming mechanism. One thing that is welcoming, especially being a parent of a special needs child, you can go back with your child to assist with helping him stay calm. My children and I are very happy!!!...We have been visiting this office since 2006! All the staff members are very professional and polite.
Special Needs child I would highly recommend this practice if you have a special needs child. They brought us in immediately and took great care of my son. They were patient, quick, and kind.
