I had appointment today with two dogs for their needles made to sit outside in the wind 40 minutes went inside to see what was going on wanted me today there for another hour then she wanted me to reschedule I said forget it not coming back and it’s not the first time this is happened I had one dog there before Christmas to stand out in the sun and when I got inside she actually spewed up it’s not good enough and get the appointments right😡😡😡😡

very poor care and extremely unprofessional. Didnt even clean dogs wound but was happy to take near 200 bucks...

I had my little dog in there with a suspected snake bite , I got a estimate upon admission and later that afternoon I received a phone call advising the anti venom will be in the $500 category i said yes . when i picked my dog up to be transferred to the 24hour vets I finalised the bill and on that bill they were still trying to charge me the full estimate and other amounts on top , when I challenged the vet about it , took 5 staff hovered around a computer for 25 minutes to work out the final cost and that's where they char... read more

I have been a client for 12 years with these vets and this may have been my dogs last visit, which I had explained to the nurse on the phone when making my appointment. The vet was 40mins late and I had watched a number of ppl who arrived after me go in to see the vet before me. My 4year child was patiently waiting with me and when I saw the vet take a look at a walk in animal over my appointment I said something and was told she will still be a few more minutes! RecommendedI would not take my dog kayla any where else only for David and Peter and the nurses she may not have been here anymore.
