We have been with wallsend vet for many years. We had to use them to unfortunately say good bye to our best friend. The staff not only showed compassion and sympathy but did not rush us in saying our good byes even though it was after closing hours before we left. I could not say thank you enough to them all and it will forever be in my heart what they did for us on that very hard day.
Are first visit and the staff were fantastic. Thank you so much for looking after Billie, our goat, today.
A big thanks to vet dr. Jacqui for looking after Roxy today. Your manner, general concern and knowledge you shared with us was greatly appreciated. And thanks for squeezing her in for the ultrasound. Also the following day your reception staff rang to see how Roxy was, which was really touching. I would definately recommend then to others.

I have been going here since the start of the year with my 4 year old cavalier Lenny and then also my rescue kitten Ollie. All the staff are lovely and very caring. Every visit I leave feeling better and always extremely happy with how my pets and I have beem treated. I always get a follow up text or call to check how they are doing. I was overwhelmed with the quality of service when my kitten was sick and recieved a free recheck. They are priced reasonably and I would recommend them to everyone.
I would like to thank you all for the genuine compassion you showed to me personally and the heartfelt compassion you showed Gypsy our 17 year old cat who had to sadly be put down yesterday. I was blown away by your genuine compassion. It was heartfelt believe me. I wished we could have prolonged her life but sadly nothing could have been done. So thanks again for everything.
