After visiting a couple of places over the years , I’ve finally found a vet I have confidence in and am happy and comfortable with. Dr Anna and the all the staff at Wallsend vet did an amazing job this week diagnosing , treating and looking after my fur baby Coco. The whole team were so friendly and caring and treated us as if we had been going there for years. I can’t thank and praise them enough . Highly recommend these guys 🐶❤️
Our puppy was ill at 8 weeks old and thankfully being a Sunday appointments were available. Some antibiotics and Daisy was back to good health. The clinic rang me on the Monday to see how she was doing which was so lovely. On her next immunisation visit the vet who initially saw her when sick saw that she was in the clinic and popped in to see how she was going. I was so touched that she took the time to do this. Always there for advice and help. Everyone is so friendly and compassionate.
Saddest day today having to put our family cat down. The staff were amazing especially Lucy Cook. She really did make a very tough situation along with the vet as good as such a sad situation as they could. Thank you
I worked in the industry for 10 years (not here now in another profession) and I have been nothing but impressed by every visit; the care my animals have received, customer service and very reasonably priced for the service provided!

Brilliant team to be a part of! As a member of their nursing staff since I began as work experience they have taught me everything I know. They treat all patients with care and respect, perform thorough examinations, and most importantly they love what they do! Couldn't ask for a better workplace :)
