This is such a nice apartment complex. I have had interactions with the office staff and they have all been very helpful. One thing I noticed since living here is how clean they try to keep all of the grassy areas. I saw a few other reviews on here that were not so flattering, but I have never had any experience like that. The have a valet trash service that picks my trash up at the door! I have been living here for 7 years & I am content here & feel safe. it's only a one bedroom apartment, but I like the location & parking is right upfront. laundry rooms close to me & convenient, & the rental portal makes it easy to make rent payments & sign documents. Staff has always been kind & friendly & addressed all of my issues in a timely manner. Just signed on for another year Sincerely, E. Welch
Good place to live. Office does their best but some neighbors have no home training. You get what you pay for.
We lived here for 3 years, and moved 2 years ago. Best apartments I will have ever lived in. Thick walls, plenty of space and lighting with wide windows. I miss it
I love this place. My Boyfriend and I just moved here, into a one bedroom/bath apartment. The staff is always to helpful and willing to work with you. It's quiet. We don't really hear anyone up above us. It's a very lovely place to live and the apartments are just beautiful. Very happy we chose this Apartment Complex.
I've lived here for over a year now and what can I say? I brag about living here. No where else in the surrounding areas of Memphis can I find an apartment as awesome as mine without a steep price increase. Let me break it down:: I pay $815 a month. I have a porch, fire place, washer and dryer in unit, 2br 2 FULL bath, with 9 foot ceilings and HUGE windows and HUGE walk in closets throughout. It is reasonable price for what u get. I have. 2 bedroom and it is spacious compared to other I have seen. The apartments are no in great shape. There are a lot of service issues and they take long to get them fix.
