Recently, my husband and I were trying to have my Cartier Diamond Trinity wedding ring enlarged. We, of course, began with Cartier. This went on for 9 visits to Cartier, Short Hills which resulted in 7 months of frustration and were finally told that it would cost $5000 or I could give it to my daughter or wear it on a chain around my neck. The sales Lady her name is Janet I believe is so pleasant, friendly, and she knows my style. Whenever I go in the store and she takes care of me I’m guaranteed to walk out with a fabulous piece. I went to pick up something that I had left to be repaired. They did an outstanding job as usual. Had my husband's ring cleaned while I was there. It had been in a bag of leaves for two days and it was filthy. It now looks like a brand new ring. Everything was perfect, the repair, the cleaning of the ring and my new purchase for a Christmas gift. I didn't expect anything less from them.
What to give Kevin a huge shout out for being able to engrave colorguard flag on my Pandora charm. Was so happy I got it back early (a present for myself for Mother's Day) He did an amazing job. Gtreat service all around. Highly recommend going there
