My fiancé and I walked in to Walter Bauman’s in WO looking to purchase wedding bands. After 15 minutes with nobody even acknowledging us - and one lady saying “Oh hi Patty, I’m not busy at all I can help you”, we left. Shame on you sales people. We were ready to buy.
Disgusted by my treatment at Walter Bauman. My family has been long time customers at this store, and we have brought my grandfather's antique Bulova watch for battery replacement for years. Last year, we purchased a "5 year battery plan," but yesterday, they refused to replace the battery, stating their documentation said the battery was for a "Rumor" brand watch.
