I received an AU ring as a Christmas gift almost 3 years ago. Granted it's not part of the high-end jewelry line, as an AU grad it means much to me. I have had crystals fall out multiples times which requires repair. Each repair time, it's explained to me how Ware Jewelers no longer uses that supplier because of poor quality. I took my $30 watch to Ware Jewelers to replace a $5 battery and a $0.10 watchband pin. I waited while they replaced those items and it took no more than 5 minutes. Then they charged me $30! In my opinion this is a ridiculous price for those items and is just a rip-off of a customer. I will NEVER step foot into that store again and you shouldn't either. My $30.00 Timex watch needed a watchband pin and a replacement battery. I made the HUGE mistake of taking it to Ware Jewelers on College St. in Auburn to have it fixed. It only took them 5 minutes to replace the pin and battery (while I waited) yet I was charged $30.00 for those parts. In addition, contrary to their store 'policy', I was never told the cost of the repair prior to them just fixing it and charging me. I will not be doing business with Ware again. Poor customer service and a ridiculously high nonrefundable deposit. Wouldn't care too much about the deposit, but they didn't do anything, except mail watch to company. Shame too, because I have good experiences with Robin on custom pieces,but this exerience has soured me on Ware, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Based on the Ivanka Trump event I will never shop there again. Trashy company (Trump) selling cheap made in China products.
Bought my engagement ring two weeks ago, wore it one day and a diamond fell out. Sent it back to be resized and to have the diamond fixed, when I went to pick it up the ring came out still missing the diamond. They sent it back to the jeweler to have him reset to diamond, not even 30 mins later 3 more diamonds fell out. I will never buy another piece of jewelry from this store! I haven't even been able to wear my ring my entire engagement! I'm beyond angry and they have ruined this special moment for me!!
