To me,Ware Jewelers is the place you want to buy those pieces that represent the occasions we celebrate. Anniversaries, birthdays, promotions, engagements, sweet 16, graduations, and just because. Wares has the quality that means those items are going to last. They have the history in our community so you can feel confident in leaving your treasures if they do need repair. All my jewelry is from Wares. I will enjoy all of it for a very long time before handing down to my daughters.

I have always had an excellent customer service experience (without attitude) at Ware's in Spanish Fort. Perhaps the previous reviewer was just having a bad day and projected that. Everyone has their moments, and personalities sometimes clash. Regardless, Ware has a superior selection compared to the large "box store" Jewelers and a reputation I can trust. I wouldn't shop or buy anywhere else.
