Warren Tricomi is just as fantastic as its reputation would suggest. My stylist, James, worked a miracle with my previously defeated, damaged hair - making me look younger and more elegant. I'm usually apprehensive when trying new places, but my husband has been a client of James for years and swore by him and the salon and booked the appointment for me. I'm so glad he did. Staying in East Hampton and had someone arrange a last minute blow out at this salon. Service was punctual and stylists were friendly. Sandra did a beautiful job on my hair. Salon itself is nice and clean and decor is comfortable. Would definitely come here again.

I called to make a bang trim appointment. I said I was very nervous because I'm very picky with my bangs. They said they would put me with someone amazing. Right when I got there I can tell he wasn't listening or even looking at my pictures well. I said I just wanted it out of my eyes. He wet my bangs, I asked why and that I do them dry. He says that's how he does it. Honestly I shouldn't care about hurting anyone's feelings, but I felt like I was offending him. He did the exact opposite. Cut my bangs off. I havent cried at a haircut since I was 10 years old. This experience was atrocious, and I could have given myself a better haircut. I went in looking for a blunt cut. One length. Very simple. While thinning it out, the stylist hacked into the back of my hair creating very short layers. The stylist said that the layers were there when I came in. They were not. They clearly pack the schedules like no other in the summer and schedules suffer for it. Had a 3PM and was on time. They didn't see me until 3:25 and because it started late they didn't wash my hair up front like they said they were going to. This led to a my hair stylist losing her next customer and a chain reaction of annoyed people, myself included. Overall just a poorly managed place. You should by expect me to walk out the door at 3:45 when you don't started working on me until 3:25. Would not recommend, ever.

Air conditioning was set to such a low temperature that three customers in the span of 30 minutes asked if the temperature could be raised. My stylist (who was great) could see that I was visibly shivering, brought me a second robe to use as a blanket, and asked the general manager if he could raise the temperature. The general manager said NO, because he and other staff members were sweating they were so hot (I didn't see anyone other than the manager sweating). Very mixed experience here. Staff is very accommodating but my hair color doesn't look all that great - and being charged $87 for an ordinary blow-out is absurd. I guess W-T thinks that EH is a great place to rip people off.

The person who blew out my hair didn't do a very good job and kind of rushed through it. I have the kind of hair that lasts 3-4 days after a professional blow out. Not today. She also stated that I needed a haircut when I just had it cut.

From my sister/mother and the rest of the bridal party: From a service perspective: Stylists were OK, one was rude. They did a decent job for services in terms of hair and makeup. From a business perspective: Misquoted us and generally difficult to deal with. Currently disputing credit fraud with them since they took liberties on my credit card and refuse to correct errors. Verdict: Probably go somewhere else.
