Stay away! They sold me a $500 straightening service which did not work. I called within days and they told me to come in next time I was in town. I came in and they agreed that it didn't really do much for my hair and wouldn't remedy the issue. All they did was tell me they needed to blowdry my hair to tell if it worked and they broke off tons of strands of hair in the process and wouldn't refund that either. They blamed it on "growth".
