Front desk is downright awful. I have been coming here for years and I’m sadden to see how much service has dropped. We have a puppy that is not responding to meds and can’t talk to a doctor. The doctor calls back hours later 8:00 pm my husband works at nights and can’t receive calls at that time with no call back information. Very disappointed that I will have to find a new vet after 12 years due to a awful front desk

I'm the only one in the waiting room and still had to wait. She didn't even see my dog for more than 30 seconds before she came up with a $2000 vet bill. I don't know how they can live with themselves. Crooks in white coats.

We had the hard decision of saying goodbye to our pet and family member, Penny. Everyone that we came in contact with at your office was so kind, gentle, and understanding. Our chocolate lab was a patient there for almost 14 years. Thank you for making a very sad day a little bit easier.

The entire staff at Warren Woods is amazing - compassionate, understanding and willing to go the extra mile. Our dog Jack had complicated health and behavioral issues for years and the Warren Woods team went above and beyond to explore treatment options and meet our needs. I don’t believe there is a better group of animal care givers in metro-Detroit. Absolutely love them and would recommend them to any other pet parents.

I went to Warren Woods yesterday with my very sick ferret Sosa. After all tests and treatment options discussed he took a turn for the worst while still in the office. It broke my heart I had to let him go. The staff and Dr were awesome with Sosa, he was a very loving and the most wonderful ferret ever but extremely stubborn and spoiled. So even in such a weak state he didn't want to cooperate with opening his mouth or staying still. They helped me get through the toughest choice and time.
