Second New Vehicle this year I purchased a new RAV4 Hybrid about a week ago. They allowed me to place a deposit on this vehicle while it was in transit from the factory. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased here this year. Tom and Anil completed the process quickly, and I appreciate the fact that they notified me as soon as it was being unloaded from the delivery truck.
